http://channel9.msdn.com/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=78519) with Robert Scoble (
http://scoble.weblogs.com/) interviewing me showing demos of new ideas for upcoming Sedna (see Microsoft Visual FoxPro Roadmap) as well as examples of usages of VFP 9.0 interop with .NET today. These demos and a few others were shown in the keynote session at the recent Advisor DevCon for VFP.
Super cool Ken. The most important thing is to be able to take advantage of .NET without leaving VFP and therefore without having to do the complete learning curve all at once before reaping any benefits. Also not having to give up anything in order to gain something else. The My hooks into .NET namespaces is worth its weight in gold. The VFP team is making VFP an associate member of .NET. Congratulations.
The rest is cool too.
