From your original post, it sounded like the license for the control was either incorrect or missing. A number of us have run up against this sort of probblem. About the only thing I can think of is to locate the branch export it from a machine that doesn't have the problem. Then on one that does, import the exported file. Perhaps someone else can give you more details on this.

BTW, when you import, be sure to backup the registry prior to trying this.
