I suppose that every VFP programmer who know ASP.Net can do it.
Principle is the next - comaprering in a table Controls in ASP and VFP. There are 10-15 properties which are the same only tag in both products is diffrent.
Unfortunately when we convert VCS2ASCX we can use only absolyte possitioning, while most of the ASP programers prefer to use anchors, like table, div, etc.

I suppose that this could be part of Sedna, I will talk with Ken during his vist in BG. I think that he got converter code half an year ago.
