Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I was at DevCon last week and didn't check in. In the second example I gave you, the second bar is kind of a yellow on purple. You are either seeing fucsia as that purple or your selected backcolor is the color you are seeing. The other two were the colors you gave. The format is RGB(ForeColorRed, ForeColorGreen, ForeColorBlue, BackColorRed, BackColorGreen, BackColorBlue). If you click on the menu and (while holding down the mouse button) move the mouse up and down over the choices, you can see the difference between the menu coloring and the selected item coloring. I don't know how to change the selected item coloring. I would have to guess that it is controlled by Windows (Control Panel Setting).
