Thats a pretty nasty article, David, but he specifically mentions dBASE and not xBASE....maybe he's sniping at Borland?

As to Access "tying up the market"...that's pretty lame. In my recent experience, Access seems to be losing developers who get caught up in little Access projects that become big nightmares.
