I have installed VS.NET 2003 (Framework 1.1.4322 SP1) on a Windows 2000 server setup with Active Directory and running Terminal Server.

This server is actually a development environment we can access remotely to test and develop.

The installation never setup an ASPNET account and I am having some problems I suspect may be related to this.

How can do I add an ASPNET account, setup the rights properly everywhere then setup the ASP.NET worker process to use it?

One of the problems encountered is "Error while trying to run project: Unable to start debugging on the web server. Catastrophic failure"

This is the exact wording of the message.
All this works on the same project on a workstation.
I have checked IIS settings and project settings against the workstation setup, looked for anything which was workstation specific, I can access the tables, the application seems to work fine when accessed from IE ?????

Another problem was needing to add the IWAM_ account to the tables because IUSR_ wasn't being used to access them in windows authentication mode.

TIA
Charles Richard
