Grids, don't ya love em? This really sounds like a controlsource problem. Double check to make sure that the table/view the grid is bound to acutally exists (you have the table in your forms dataenvironment?). Additionally, if you are running an exe you may want to verify that you are running the same version. Finally (this is a long-shot), make sure that are running the same vfp runtime libs on all machines.

If none of this works just kick the computer real hard, claim it had a hard drive failure and set that user up with another machine ;).
