Well there's a couple of problems with that...
First, "you get what you pay for" and that may not be good enough for a business. DELL used to (still?) carry a separate line specifically for larger businesses that were easier to maintain and generally ahd better components.
Secondly, how does a nice cheap bunch of PCs help a company that's still on Windows98? Seems there are still many out there.
And of course the eternal problem that a PC is viewed by many (and not so incorrectly in my opinion) as just another office item like a telephone or a stapler or a shredder and ought to be able to continue doing what it does until it breaks.
