Rick,

I am getting closer to the time that I need to mimick a splitter control and was looking back at previous discussions and came across your response. I guess that I didn't understand it at the time.

Could you explain in more detail what you mean by this. I don't understand how scrollable DIV tags could work as splitters. I want to have one fixed

I was thinking of just coding skinny, solid table rows and columns to respond to mouse events and dynamically resizing them, but I don't know how well that would work.

Could you explain your suggestion in more detail?
