Here's what help says about "Error loading printer driver":
"An internal call to the LoadLibrary( ) function has failed. Visual FoxPro calls this function through either PRTINFO( ) or SET PRINTER TO."

The point is that LoadLibrary() was a function in the DOS printing engine in Fox2.x, and it shouldn't be called at all when you print in Windows. It's not mentioned anywhere else in the help. Not sure about this, though... haven't seen that one since '97.

So just to make sure I'm wrong... are there any records in your frx that may be left over from DOS days? Anything but "WINDOWS" in the Platform field? Also, any PrtInfo records in the foxuser (or some similar type)? Don't quite remember which things may trigger the DOS printing engine, it's been a long time.
