In VFP8 and up you'd have Code References tool, which would find the place in code where your function is defined. Using VFP6... you need a search tool. There's Filer among the goodies you got, should be able to run via

Do Form Home()+'tools\filer\filer'

and then just have it search all of your files for the name of the function. Not as good as Code References, but you should be able to find it.
