I don't know if the source code for the book can be downloaded anywhere, but here (http://foxcentral.net/microsoft/NETforVFPDevelopers.htm) you can download the book for free and cut and paste the code from the text. If you purchased the book from Henzenwerke you should be able to get a PDF copy of the book for free.
