There's no easy way, at least before VFP9.
ltDt = DATETIME()
* VFP8
? TRANSFORM( RIGHT( TTOC(ltDt,1), 6), "@R 99:99:99")
* VFP9
? RIGHT( TTOC(ltDt,3), 8)
