Grrr... Crystal Reports is not on my good side today.

I have Crystal 9, and I am designing a report that looks great when I export it to a .pdf during testing. However, when I attempted to put it into production, and printed directly from Crystal, all my font sizes were a bit bigger, which threw off my entire report. Also, margins were off.

This isn't the first time that Crystal has done strange like this.

Any advice? Are there any updates or settings that can be changed to fix this problem?
