The simple answer would be to SET DELETED ON, which is the proper way to excerpt deleted records. In addition, in a form with Private DataSession, you need to set things like DELETED in context of the form...I usually will put SET DELETED ON in the BeforeOpenTables event of the DataEnvironment on Private DataSession forms.
