Thanks for your understanding :)
I was busy (the whole week) installing W2K & XP and many new software from MSDN subscription. I am confuse which one should I learn first (too many new thing, not enough time). Then I had a worm/hijacker (???) on the W2K system. I don't know where it came from because this was a clean instalation. To make it short, after several attempt to clean it, the system is crashed. So I have to reinstall again. Darned it!!
