>I have an application that uses XFRX (Version 8.3) to create a PDF file that is then emailed to clients. There is no problem unless the client retrieves the file from a web mail account (eg HotMail). Then they get errors like "Too few operands" or "Unrecognized token". If the file is zipped before emailing, there are no errors, but this would add an extra step on both ends that I would prefer to avoid.

Rodney,
You've to first find the source of the problem. IOW, why PDF cannot be read on those accounts and what causes it:
Are PDFs created by XFRX is the source of the probem?
Would it happen if you send a PDF created with some other tool using the same email method?
Does Email method has something to do with it?
What if you send the same PDF using different email methods?
Does it happend when they try to view PDFs in there email accouns? What if they download PDFs to there PC first?
