Open two instances of Class Browser. Open VCXs and Click on Class you want to move and just Drag and Drop the left most of the toolbar from one instance to other. Keep in mind that way you will MOVE class not just copy.
UPDATE: If you hold Ctrl when Draging and Droping You will COPY Class
