Viv,
In VB.Net I want the user to choose the report name and supply a start and end date, if applicable to a specific report. This part is already working.
The code I have to add to the VB.NET application is where it runs the Crystal Report and passes the parameters for start date and end date, if there are any. Some reports use a start and end date and some do not.
Then, I want to allow the user to preview the report before printing and I kind of recall that the Crystal Report viewer works fine for that. I don't remember if it matters if the viewer runs inside or outside the Visual form.
But after the Crystal Report is finished I want the user to close the window and return to the VB.Net front-end menu to choose another report.
I know that they may want to print the report after previewing it or sometimes may want to do a PDF instead, but not as often.
Thanks for your help.
