Usually, having the Top left-hand edge of the pic in the report header allows it to feature in the whole sheet. Don't worry if you drag the bottom RH corner down through detail and group bands. You will be prompted for the pic path from a dialogue.

>>>My Report header height is 2.5, detail height is 0.6 and footer height is 2.0 ( in Centimeters )
>>>when i do such as you said, i can see only 5.1 Cm ( 2.5 + 0.6 + 2.0 ) from picture .
>>>my report and picture are in A4 size.

>>You say detail band is only 0.6, but there are more than one detail band on the report when it runs, right? So the report won't be just 5.1 cm when run. If not, then make your footer deeper, with the text part at the bottom.
>>
>>Whatever, size the pic as you wish (attention to Tore's reply). You can drag it up the report while you lengthen the bottom. When you place the TL corner in your header it shouldn't matter that you can't see the bottom of the pic. DO a print preview and "suck it and see".

>yes when i run my report it become as A4 size.
>but in design time, it is 5.1 Cm. how i insert an A4 pic in 5.1 Cm. you say that i increase page footer?

Well, essentially as I've just said. If you wish, you can temporarily drag the footer down lower, as you slot your picture in, then drag it back up to where it was. Now the bottom of the pic won't be visible in design mode. Then "suck it and see".
PS You made need to send to back the picture too, lest it overlaps your fields.
