If Brasil, Argentina and Mexico latinamerican (sorry not sure of it) yes there are. As I remember Christian Sebastian Gary (Argentina), Anderson Reis Girardi (Brasil). There are many others too. But if your English is no problem (certainly seems as not) then UT is the best resource for VFP.
