But I've had the same kind of problem. I call one exe from inside another exe with a Do my2ndexe.exe, but we have the problem that when the 2nd exe is shut down, the prg is closed in the first exe, so it can not find it after the 2nd closes down. The only way we figured out how to get around this was to rename the 2nd prg.
I will be watching this thread to see if there is a different way other then shellexecution that works as good or better.
