I am lucky to remember what I did last week :)
I just had a look at it and it looks to me like you can use it and distrubute it as part of an app as long as you dont use the MS copyright etc and don't infringe etc..
However here is another link for an article about how to do it directly though not as robust as the MS sample it should work as well
