TV, DVD player is there?

I love to use my:

mobile (7 -) 12" mobile LCD DVD/CD player with:
- built in TV
- with world synchro support (NTSC / PAL)
- world voltage support 110 - 240 + car adapter
+ options like:
- terrestrial or satellite digital receiving
- many to one card reader for digi photos and MP3s
- bluetooth for a camera link / digital virtua printer
- DVD or CD with RW option
- for the error freen RW option then high capacity 1" or 2.5" HD
+ very special options like built in:
- MP3 player
- DIGI camera
- 3 band digital phone

Or we can think even a smallest and lightweights browser. I.e. all above with:
- WLAN (or digital phone) for an internet / email browsing.
- USB to use as a mass storage (i.e. DVD or CD read/write)


Yeah I definitely would like to own and use one but is there any? Or what comes the closest to?
