The size of a scrollable forme is limited to aproximatelly a double of the Windows desktop resoulution. Could it be the reason you cannot get to the controls at the bottom?
This limit has been increased in VFP9, BTW.

Since it all can't fit on one screen (there's lots of information), he wants the input form to scroll vertically. I was able to do that, but I'm still not able to see the information at the very top or very bottom of the screen. How can I make sure the entire form is visible when scrolled?
