Not sure the benefit of rotating a container or form. Normally only the text (labels) need to be rotated which is now avaiable in V9. Rotation is avaiable for shapes, text, images and sort of pageframes. Pageframes can have their pagetabs placed on the top (normal), left, right, or bottom (not really a rotation, but rather a placement of the tabs).
