Simple test form based on a framework? I also just tested it in one of my exe, it works (not framework based - the one I tested also had no menu, no code to override VFP key settings).
As I said if somehow you didn't disable Ctrl+0 behavior (ie: On key,keypress) it works at runtime. As a workaround if disabled, you might add an "-No Selection-" item using union in your rowsource SQL.
