I very much doubt that any automatic conversion will do a decent job. Of course, you can run VFP in compatibility mode - most things will work. But to really take advantage of all the new features would require a redesign, and that has to be done manually.

To save yourself work, you should get yourself a good framework. There are lots of commercial frameworks (Visual Extend, Visual Promatrix, Mere Mortals, and others), and free ones (CodeBook, COM Codebook, TierAdapter, etc. - be sure to check the download section) - any one of those will relieve you of many repetitive tasks (for example: "what commands should be executed when skipping to the next record? or when saving a record?").
