More than one way.
-Import
-Append
-Automation
-SQL Pass Through
-CursorAdapter
-BindEvents,EventHandler
...

If you give names to ranges in Excel it'd be easier to manipulate it as blocks. All of these methods are not applicable under all cases (ie: SPT wouldn't work for all excel sheets).
