Hi Gurus!!!

Weird problem.... this one, it is!

I have a user that has one of our Foxfire reports (done with Foxfire 6.0).

When I use it here, it works great. BUT..................

When it is put in place on their system (Windows XP, but the Foxfire is on the network, as is the application that hosts the Runtime FoxFire), it does this strange behavior....

It crashes when it is imported into Foxfire.......... many times, but eventually does get in and starts to work..... sort of..........

But most weird, when it did start to work, before the output report to the screen comes up, it would throw up a window, saying "File not found", "Press OK to continue", but the OK button and the message itself in the window would DISAPPEAR when the mouse entered the error window itself! Even more strange, the OK button would REAPPEAR when the mouse cursor would go over the Invisible OK button (they, at first thought that the report was hung, and would use Task Manager to get out!!)! The user could press the Button, and continue and finish the report as designed!!!

Any ideas to this bizarre behavior?

When I connect back to their PC (using GoToAssist), what things should I look for?

Thanks a bunch!!
