Hello,

Usually, you can just use the "Save As" option from the "File" menu, and give the document a new name, and then you will be able to edit the new document. If that doesn't work, highlight the entire document, hit "copy" and then go to a new, blank document, "paste" and then save this new document. You will be able to edit the information as desired.
