Hey Fred,

I'm looking at the tables directly in a browse window, so it can't be a filter.

And I usually suspect index problems right away, but don't you think it's odd that record is in the backedup and then restored copy?

In that case there should be something possible to recover those files programmatically, or even better, prevent it from happening.
