I really try to avoid imposing these sorts of constraints on the end users. We use pageframes to segregate related information and reduce the overall size of a form, impeding the user's ability to go back and forth between pages easily is at total odds with my personal UI opinions.

If VFP events don't fire in a manner that you like, use the event logger to 1) see the actual event sequence and 2) find the most appropriate place to hook into the event sequence with your own custom methods/properties to track what is going on. I'd think tracking the last activated page to the current page would be the easiest code to write... but I'm not that interested in the problem to spend time writing it for you.
