Try "Software Development: A Legal Guide" by Stephen Fishman (Nolo Press, ISBN
0-87337-209-3) a great help in understanding the legal issues involved in software development. It comes with a cd-rom that includes several sample contracts and agreements which are discussed in the book. I think it was updated and reprinted in 1998.
