Since you are here (UT VFP forum) you can go there (UT Chatter FORUM).

1) Click "Setup" icon at top of UT window.

2) Under the top section there ("Update your account") click on the "Forums" link.

3) Go down the list presented, to the 4th item, and check the "Subscribe" column's checkbox.

Now you will have the CHATTER FORUM available for reading too.
