The only thing I can think of is ....is it possible that you have event code somewhere that enables or disables the menu (SET SYSMENU) based on minimize, maximize, activate, hide, gotfocus, or lostfocus??? Also, is it possible that you have menu enabling/disabling code at an instance level where it is firing many, many times on activate or gotfocus????

Also...have you tested to see if this behavior occurs in other applications, VFP and non-VFP???

Sorry I don't have a straight solution but maybe some things to consider....

>I have a strange problem with my VFP5.0 generated Menu. I'm not sure if this is a VFP problem or a NETWORK/WORKSTATION problem. When I minimize my VFP application and then Maximize it, I have to Click on the menu several time before I can actually get into any of the options. Most frastrating issue is, this does not happen on my development PC. But 80% of my users have this problem. Unfortunately I can't get away by saying that "It works fine on my PC".
