For instance, do you design your form via the form wizard then write down the coordinates of everything in your form before you create/define the object within your program? Or do you use a mathmatical equation to determine where to place everything?

I never use the wizards and I design my forms in the Visual Form Designer. There is a reason that it is called a visual designer < s >.
