When I click on the lookup to define INSTALLDIR for my setup, the Set INSTALL window shows a tree of folders. Some folders are blue and some are yellow. What is the difference? How do I know what physical directory a particular folder in the tree is pointing to?
When I create a new directory, how do I point the the ISE what physical folder should be associated with this directory?

UPDATE. Also what I don't understand is why some folders have a check mark. Like I added a dummy folder and it has a check mark and I can't delete it.
