Hi Viv
Never been quite sure what a crayish is - thought it was the fresh equiv. of a lobster, and had no arms. Now a langoustine is an salt water crayfish with arms. Never knowingly had crayfish (the fresh variety, that is). It's pretty big in the States though I guess.
