Not directly. VFP has no runtimes for Pocket PC (Windows CE).
You can use other DB like Pocket-Access or MS-SQL or other third parties. You can use XML Web Services if you have connectivity from your device or you can write it in other languages that have Windows CE compilers like .Net Compact Framework.
