That's one worry. Navigating the LA freeway system is mostly the art of dodging stupidity in action, so wimpy acceleration isn't an asset. The one I test drove seemed acceptable. Still undecided.

Hmmm .... I drive fewer than 8,000 miles/year, but it's still a consideration.

It seemed like a really sturdy ride. Almost overdone in that regard.
