I have a client who can use my VFP app from one workstation on the terminal server, but when he tries to run it from another, he gets this error message:

Visual Foxpro can not start. Could not load resources.

I've made sure that he has the VFP DLL's registered (the original message was "could not find VFP support library" or something to that effect).

What could be the problem? (terminal server 2003, VFP6 SP5)
