Hi Chad,

> One way to cheat is to edit the PNG and replace all white with off-white (RGB(255, 255, 254)). Then, set the transparent color (or area) to true white (if you can do that). Then, save the file as a BMP. You won't need a MSK file at all, since the true white will be what you want as transparent and the off-white will be what you want as white.

Great suggestion! Can you think of any features I give up if I follow your suggestion and throw away my MSK files? Good riddance!

Now, if you have a way to do this mechanically, I will REALLY<g> be impressed! I have over 200 PNG "icon" images to convert. I'm hoping to avoid doing this manually.
