>As far as me telling you what the Bible says about anything be allowed for today, can you be more specific? There are so many things. There are two main commands though. We are to love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul and mind - and - we are to love our neighbor as ourselves (Matthew 22:36-40.) That pretty much sums everything up. But, if you want something more specific, I'd be happy to oblige.
No, I don't want anything more specific.
But I do have one question for you though... does your "love our neighbour as ourselves" have any restrictions. As I know it, it doesn't, but it seems that other easily qualify "neighbours" to mean people like them or people who do as they are told to do or people of a equal/higher social sytanding than themselves.
Do you not agree that if everyone loved their neighbour as themselves there would be no war, no crime, etc. How do you think it comes to pass that good Christians seem unable to practise that simple dictum? Why do you think that the great Christian U.S.A. has armed itself to the teeth?
Do you see the incongruities?
