Hello,

I'm attempting to assist the IT guy at a client install SQL Server 2000 on a 2003 Server. The install is generating an error when attempting to set the Service logons for a Domain User account -- even when using the main network Admin account. This server is a domain controller.

The error is: setup cannot verify/grant logon as service right

Is this just a rights issues he's screwed up somewhere? Is there something special that needs to be done?
