Yeah, I think it's a bug too. It's very annoying when I go to the trouble to select exactly what I want to find only to have it decide for me that I'm only interested in the first word.

Did you try including a "." as in object.hierarchy? Try selecting ".hierarchy" and then CTRL+F. Not exactly what I was looking for :( ** BUG **
