If you have a personal ISP (e.g. home account) more than likely you get "personal web space" with it, usually 10MB or more. You'd need to take a little time and set it up, then you'll have a site like
http://www.yourisp.com/tholzer . FTP the file to your Web default folder & Bob's your uncle.
