Well, that's kinda what I was thinking. Didn't the dictators steal all the food and starve out the citizenry? Haven't they been the ones still running a slave business? No one says anything about them though. There has been ample money raised to fix the problems in Africa, yet the dictators are allowed to continued to run amuck. I'm thinking the U.N. leadership is skimming more money from yet another source.
