I think the report has the DE, just when you press Ignore it hides cursors that are in DE.
Try View->Data Environment add and remove some table, then save the report.
Or open report as a table. One of last records must be DE followed by cursors. Check all records with ObjType 25 - DE and 26 - Cursors and relations
