Ahmad,
When they save their data, can you do a refresh of the data table directly before you do the table update?
Create a cursor that has all of the necessary fields for input. Then, in your save method, scattermemvar, select table for update, append blank, gathermemvar.

I do not have as much experience as many on this forum. Please test carefully before implementing.
